The Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO) is part of the Welsh Assembly Government and manages the delivery of the EU Structural Funds programmes in Wales.

Wales’ New Euro Projects Hit 100 2/7/09

Funding and tendering opportunities
A list of approved projects funded by WEFO which contain within them an element of procurement activity is now available.

Progress on 2007-2013 programmes (02 July 2009) 
102 projects have been approved representing a total investment of over £1.5 billion (EU grant of over £750 million) across Wales. £515m (33%) is being invested in business, some £702m (44%) in people and £329m (21%) for community regeneration, the environment and transport.
