As at 15th August 2008, a total of 334 projects have registered their 'Expression of Interest' with WEFO and are under development by project sponsors; 194 of these have been submitted and are under assessment by WEFO, whilst 28 projects have been approved.
WEFO operates an open call for project proposals from organisations that can deliver the aims and objectives of the 2007-2013 programmes. 'Applying for European funding' provides further information for potential project sponsors wishing to submit bids under the Convergence and Regional Competitiveness and Employment programmes.
