WEFO will next launch the final phase of 'WEFO Online' to provide functionality for processing claims online. This is planned between midnight Sunday 20th July and Monday 28th July 2008, during this time the 'WEFO Online' service will be unavailable. However new customers may still register with the Government Gateway to enrol for the WEFO Online service.  Log on to Government Gateway

The new online services will improve services for our customers. Organisations will use the website to communicate securely with WEFO to apply, view and manage their grants online. To gain access to WEFO Online you will need to register with the Government Gateway and enrol for the WEFO Online service. Log on to WEFO Online

WEFO Online Service Status
Normal hours of service will be from 07.00 to 00.00. The online service will not be available to users from 00.00 to 07.00 while system backups are being undertaken. 
Users should note that they will be automatically logged off at 00.00 and any data not previously saved will be lost.
A notifications page will indicate the current status of the PPIMS system and show any planned down time. View notifications.

WEFO Online Helpdesk
A bi-lingual helpdesk is available from Monday to Friday from the hours of 09:00 to 17:00. View helpdesk contact details.
